Returns Policy (Q&A)

Do you accept returns?

We Do Not Accept Returns. (This is due to our low prices and small profit margin, in addition to the growing amount of internet fraud)

 

Are there exceptions to your return or cancellation policies?

You will need to contact us before you attempt to return an item.  You may submit a request by email (with your name, address, phone number, and order number).  We are always honest and fair, and work with our customers to resolve issues.  We DO NOT guarantee a return or refund, but are usually able to reach an outcome agreeable to both parties.

 

Do you require buyers to return items in their original shipping containers and/or packaging?

Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, etc

 

Will you or the buyer pay for postage?

Buyers must pay for postage

 

Do you charge restocking or other fees?

IF an exception to the return policy is made in your situation, then a restocking fee of $5 or 20% (whichever is greater) may be charged.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Call for details on shipping outside the United States. 

Most items are shipped by USPS or UPS.  When available, and depending on the shipping method, a tracking number will be provided

Orders over $250 may have to be signed for (to protect from fraud)


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and may vary for certain addresses.
